What kind of Oils do you use?
We only use the highest grade Pure Essential Oils in our products making them far more superior than many on the market today. Where possible, we use Australian Certified Organic Pure Essential Oils and ingredients.
Where do you get your ingredients from?
We are proud to say we source all our supplies from businesses located here in Australia.
Australian Certified Organic – What does that mean?
A number of our products include ingredients that have been Certified Organic within Australia by their manufacturers. We do our best to show these ingredients within the product descriptions. Please note: Having ingredients that are Australian Certified Organic, does not mean that our end product has the certification also, it just means we use Certified Organic Ingredients within our products.
Hand Made in Small Batches – What does that mean?
All our products are made to order or in small batches so we know exactly what goes into our products is exactly what we’ve designed and promised you would be in there.
How long will it take before my order is ready to be shipped?
As our products are all hand made to order we allow 2-3 days for your order to be created, and once we’re done, it’s shipped.
Can i get it made any quicker?
Yes, however there is a $10 rush order fee involved. Please contact us before placing an order, as during busy periods, this may not be possible. Please note, a rush order does not include express shipping.
Do we accept returns?
Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your item if you find a fault
In the instance you receive the wrong product from which you ordered, we will happily accept the return & will then send you out the correct one – ONLY if the products is returned unopened in its original packaging with no sign of tampering.
We DO NOT accept returns of opened products unless they have been labelled incorrectly (the ingredients don’t match the label).
We DO NOT accept change of mind returns
We DO NOT refund, we offer an exchange, only if the items that have been received by you are incorrectly labelled – therefore, please choose carefully.
We DO NOT offer returns on items you have had more than 30 days
We DO pay for the return shipping if it has been our mistake.
Can i get a refund?
In line with the ACCC Policy, we will happily exchange your item IF you received an incorrectly labelled one, however we do not offer refunds.
Using any product for the first time
Our products are made with pure and natural ingredients, however, you should always test any new product on a small area of skin prior to first full use. Wait 24 hours to see if a reaction occurs. If any reaction to our products arise, stop using it immediately and please notify us. In sever cases, please seek immediate medical attention.
A number of natural products are not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women. Please seek professional advise if you are unsure if our products are suitable for you during this time.

We have both Standard & Express Post shipping services available. You can choose your preferred option for this at the Checkout. Times for each of these services vary, so please choose accordingly, and please keep in mind the production times for your order.
